Welcome!

This is how the doors are opened by

STEFANO

Dad and brave entrepreneur: between a Bari-Istanbul or Budapest-Praga flight, has undertaken this mission that is now coming to life and that you can live and admire in every corner.

The myth says that there will always be a stone wall to fix or something to plaster!

FRANCA

Mother and Grandmother, welcoming leader, she never stops!

Exceptional cooker, she surely has bewitched him with her art and in 1966 has married.

PIERINO

Babbo and super-Grandfather, as a former surveyor, has inherited the Masseria from his father, handling it to Stefano. Here he spends holiday seasons over summers with his wife and children.

Here you can admire one of his projects: the amphitheatre!

With Franca he’s had two children, Ivana and Stefano, and two grandchildren, Gabriele and Emma.

IVANA

Stefano’s sister, site manager, every millimetre has gone under her sight! She’s done such a meticulous work, starting from the restauration of the Sala del Barabagianni: with

PINO

they’ve constructed and reinforced, raised and lowered, narrowed and widened, planted and uprooted, paved and plastered pretty much everything that you can now see.

GABRIELE

Ivana’s son, grandson #1, with a degree in Management Engineering, he’s ready to guide and follow the Masseria in its most technical aspects, without forgetting the practical ones!

EMMA

Stefano’s daughter and granddaughter #2, Architecture graduate, her father would like for her to write her thesis on dry-stone walls: when home, she’s often “slaved” to plaster one… apart from this, she’s taken care of all the graphics related to the project :)

The family has been taking care of the acres of cherries and olives’ plantations that you can see all over the estate, mostly producing Extra virgin Olive Oil and Ferrovia Cherries.

Started as a pure hobby shared with his closest friends, Stefano has given a life back to the wine yard where he used to play as chid, that has now led to a discrete Primitivo Wine production.
